An easy recipe especially for late hour guests. A Mimosa Cocktail with Vinho Verde just takes three easy ingredients typically found around the house. And ice. A lot of ice. Vinho Verde Mimosa joins the sweetness of orange juice with light, fresh and semi-sparkling wine.

Ingredients

• D’estalo Vinho Verde White
• Fresh natural orange juice
• 2 tablespoons of club soda

Instructions

Fill 1/3 of a ballon glass with D’estalo Vinho Verde White. Add the orange juice to the same measure. Join two tablespoons of club soda, at last. Fill the glass with ice, too. Enjoy with a twist of fresh herbs at your choosing.
