A simple, quick but refreshing cocktail made with fresh fruit, Vinho Verde (preferably pink wine) and lots of ice. It serves about eight people.
Our Personal Tip
Sangria is usually made with fresh fruit and a fresh, vigorous white or pink (rosé) wine – a great, classic combination. It just works. But if you substitute your fresh fruit (we suggest your raspberries) for frozen ones you will experience a more intense fragrance and a pulp texture that will elevate your cocktail.
- 2 cups sliced raspberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Half a lemon
- A full bottle of D’estalo Vinho Verde Rosé
- 2 cups soda (preferably chilled)
First add the red fruits and then squeeze half a lemon. Preferably, you should let it rest for half an hour in the fridge for maximum flavor. Then you can add your wine and soda. And, finally, don’t forget the ice.
